I’m an independent EU regulatory compliance consultant with a background in international and business law.

I hold an LL.M. in Business Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Bachelor’s degree in International Law from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.

My work sits at the intersection of regulation, technology and international business, with a particular focus on AI governance, GDPR and cross-border expansion between Georgia and the EU.
